Abstract

Suyak to'qimalarining funksiyasi va ularning barqarorligi nafaqat mexanik jihatdan, balki biologik jihatdan ham murakkab jarayonlarga bog'liq. So'nggi tadqiqotlar suyak metabolizmini boshqaruvchi ko'plab tabiiy regulyatorlar — jumladan, sitokinlar, osteokine, leptin, serotoning ta'siri — mavjudligini ko'rsatadi. Bularning ahamiyati alohida, chunki uyqu fazasi, xususan melatonin gormonining sekretsiyasi ham suyak yangilanishiga bevosita ta'sir qiladi. Surunkali uyqu buzilishi esa melatonin darajasining pasayishiga olib keladi, bu esa osteoblastlarning faolligini kamaytirib, suyak shakllanishini sekinlatadi hamda osteoporoz kabi kasalliklarning rivojlanish ehtimolini oshiradi. Ushbu maqolada suyak to'qimalarini boshqaruvchi asosiy tabiiy regulyatorlar tahlil qilinadi hamda surunkali uyqu buzilishi orqali melatoninning kamayishi natijasida suyak metabolizmining qanday buzilishi muhokama etiladi. Ilmiy ma'lumotlar asosida melatonin faqat uyquga emas, balki skelet tizimining sog'lig'i uchun ham muhim ekanligi tasdiqlanadi.
